What you will do
You are, together with your colleague, responsible for the financial administration of YachtInstall.
- You are the point of contact for our customers, suppliers and colleagues
- You handle all customer questions and complaints in a correct and professional manner
- You collect the hours from the digital system and process them in the time administration
- You also support various other tasks, such as preparing invoices, quotations and personnel administration
What you bring
You have several years of experience in a similar role
You are skilled in administration and have a sharp eye for detail
You work accurately and have a strong sense of responsibility
You communicate easily and know how to get things done
You are helpful and supportive, without losing sight of your own tasks
