What you will do
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for the technical (installation) preparation of our projects. You create technical working drawings for piping related to energy systems, HVAC (air conditioning), switch cabinets, fresh- and wastewater systems, lighting, entertainment and digital switching systems, network, WiFi and antenna systems. Our high-end technology is constantly evolving, which makes your work not only varied but also allows you to learn new things regularly.
Thanks to your accurate and well-thought-out technical drawings, the installation technicians can work efficiently. This gives you satisfaction — just like the yachts you work on, which excel in design, technical innovation and finishing. These high-tech innovations and the diversity of the work make this role truly exceptional.
Tasks at a glance
- Designing and detailing piping systems and piping schematics according to the design plan
- Creating working drawings for complete technical installations using specialised 2D and 3D software
- Planning and optimising technical spaces, including positioning components and installations
- Collaborating with the project manager/work planner for technical coordination and project progress
- Reviewing and adjusting designs based on feedback from the installation department
These tasks serve as a guideline. Together, we will decide which responsibilities you will take on.
What we expect from you
- You maintain oversight and bring structure to your work
- You have experience with 3D drawing software or are willing to learn it
- You are communicative and decisive
- You have completed a (technical) vocational education at MBO level 3/4
