Technology
YachtInstall delivers the complete technical installation of yachts — from the initial design to final delivery. In close collaboration with the client, our engineers develop an integrated plan covering everything from energy management to the fuel system.
Starting from the bare hull, we install piping, tanks and all engine room components — from pumps to engines. All cabling is installed according to the consumer and systems plan.
Our installations meet the latest standards, are safe, functional and seamlessly integrated into the interior — without compromising design or ease of maintenance.
Advice
In the early stages of yacht construction, YachtInstall works closely with the client to develop thoughtful and feasible solutions. We provide advice on a wide range of technical challenges and translate complex requirements into an integrated, fully functioning system — from the design of energy management to the detailed development of all onboard systems.
Our very own locations
Providing complete peace of mind also means offering our own yard locations where yachts up to 50 metres can be completed. YachtInstall has facilities in Elburg and Raamsdonksveer, while all prefab installations are built in Hattem. Here, we can work on multiple yachts simultaneously, with all the facilities you would expect from a modern shipyard.
We operate our own cranes, scaffolding, forklifts and state-of-the-art tools to fully support our craftsmen and unburden our clients. For larger projects, we even set up a dedicated, well-organised warehouse — complete with a warehouse manager.
Technical drawings
Creating technical drawings for piping and system layouts, covering energy systems, HVAC (air conditioning), switchboards, fresh and wastewater lines, lighting, entertainment and digital switching, network, WiFi and antenna systems.
Energy
Configuring and installing the complete onboard energy system. This includes chargers, inverters, shunts, isolation transformers, and the full monitoring and control of these components.
Propulsion
Configuring and installing the complete onboard energy system. This includes chargers, inverters, shunts, isolation transformers, as well as the monitoring and control of all these components.
Climate
Designing and documenting the HVAC system for cooling and heating the entire vessel. This includes the installation of air handlers for both air- and water-based systems, as well as the monitoring and control of these systems.
Cabinet construction
Designing and documenting complete switch cabinets for series-built vessels. The switch cabinets are pre-assembled by YachtInstall and installed in their entirety on board.
Lighting
Designing and documenting the onboard lighting system — from navigation lights to spotlights, LED strips for indirect lighting, and lighting for the engine room and technical areas. This includes the complete installation of the lighting system on board.
Entertainment
Designing and documenting the onboard entertainment system — TV, radio, Netflix via a 4G or WiFi connection — including amplifiers and speaker systems.
